Landsec is set to boost the growth of its flexible office brand, Myo, by inaugurating an extra 100,000 sq ft of space in Kings Cross by 2025 and Lucent, Piccadilly in early 2024. This expansion aligns with Landsec’s strategy to capitalize on the success of Myo’s existing sites, Myo Victoria Street and Myo Liverpool Street, which are over 92% occupied. Additionally, Landsec previously announced the opening of three new Myo sites by the end of 2023. With these developments, Myo’s total footprint will surge from under 100,000 sq ft to over 300,000 sq ft by 2025, spanning seven central London locations. Marcus Geddes, Managing Director, Workplace at Landsec, emphasized the growing demand for high-quality, flexible office spaces in prime locations.
