Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) have confirmed their involvement in The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between the 16-18 May, in Leeds.
The Heart of the South West LEP is a business-led partnership between the private sector, local authorities and education bodies from across Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay, with a vision to create a dynamic, highly prosperous region with high living standards and an outstanding quality of life throughout the regions.
The LEP will be taking part in a regional showcase session on Thursday, 18th May on The Cinema Stage at UKREiiF. The regional showcase session is dedicated to showcasing investment, development and regeneration opportunities. Delegates will hear from the regions stakeholders on the opportunities in the South West of England.
Speaking of their involvement, Karl Tucker, Chair of the Heart of the South West LEP, said: “UKREiiF is a great opportunity for the LEP to connect with local authorities, business leaders and investors from across the country. We are looking forward to bringing together experts from across the Heart of the South West region to discuss the area’s transformational opportunities, as we look to showcase our region’s strengths and ambitions at this fantastic event.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
