Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council have confirmed their attendance at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.
The local authorities will represent the region at the event to showcase their investment and development opportunities to a wide range of investors, developers, occupiers, and other local authorities.
Speaking of their involvement, Mike Denby, Director of Inward Investment & Place Marketing commented “The transformation of Leicester & Leicestershire has been significant over recent years, thanks to a strong public and private collaboration. We are delighted to be attending UKREiiF again this year, as a platform to further raising the profile of the city and county and showcasing the investment and development opportunities across the area”

The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
