Mixed use development planned by Scotch Whisky Investments

Scotch Whiskey Investments has announced plans to develop a new mixed-use project in Fife – which will integrate their new corporate HQ into an expansion of their proposed whiskey storage facility.

The development will also ask as a museum to showcase history of the industry and educate people about single malt Scotch whisky – with plans for restaurants and hotel accommodation in addition to the museum.

The 3.64 hectare former linoleum factory site has been disused since 2013 before a demolition – and the site is now set to be transformed once again, with Andrew Black Design leading as the architect.
