Aedifica has invested £8.5m to acquire a fully operational care home in Ayr, Scotland.
Creggan Bahn Court in Ayr has undergone two expansions in the past 10 years, currently accommodating 58 residents across the site. The home is operated by Maria Mallaband Care Group who operate 17 sites across Aedifica’s portfolio. The carte home is let on the basis of a new irrevocable 30-year triple net leaser with initial yields of circa 6%.
