Plans have been submitted for GAW Capital’s One East Point project at the Isle of Dogs – which will see them develop a 52-storey residential skyscraper with around 460-flats.
The project, designed by Make Architects, will transform what is currently 4-5 Harbour Exchange Square (comprising of a 6-storey commercial build) into a new residential led development in addition to two basement floors. Therefore a demolition is firstly needed – before construction could begin in early 2024.
Others involved in the scheme include City & Docklands (development manager), WSP (structural engineer), Meinhardt (M&E Engineer) and Hoare Lea (Fire Engineer).
