Federated Hermes has acquired a 85,387 sq ft retail site in Nottingham city centre in a £21.65m deal.
The 1.4-acre site previously belonged to Abrdn. The deal was completed through Knight Frank and Jackson Criss.
The property, which lets to occupiers such as Tesco, Primark, Greggs and Tui, is situated at 4-13 Long Row and 17-25 Upper Parliament Street.
The freehold property features frontage onto both Long Row and Upper Parliament Street. The Primark store is located directly opposite The Exchange Shopping Centre.
